SOM Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is our family's signature olive oil - a cold-pressed boutique oil squeezed from estate-grown olives at our historic Menteşe farm in Milas, Turkey, near the Aegean coast.
SOM EVOO is pure olive oil. No additives, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients, simply olive juice of a single variety squeezed from a single grove.
This is as estate-released premium extra virgin olive oil and supplies are limited.
